Day 01
Negombo

One you exit from the airport, one of our team member will pick you up from there and drive to Negombo. You might be tired after a long journey and it would be more convenient for you to stay this night in Negombo before starts the tour. 
 

Day 02
Sigiriya & Dambulla

Morning starts the journey to inland. Visit Pineapple plantation on the way to Sigiriya. Pineapple is commercially important crop and it is succulent in taste. Then visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Pinnawala is a place that provides care, safety and love to the orphaned Elephants who are found in forests. Dambulla cave temple is another interesting place to visit when you are in Dambulla. This cave temple is dates back to 1st century BCE and it contains 5 caves. Each cave consisting of Buddha statues which depicts Lord Buddha’s life. Transfer to the hotel and night in Sigiriya/ Dambulla.

Day 03
Polonnaruwa

Proceed to Polonnaruwa. Explore Polonnaruwa Cultural Site. Polonnaruwa was the 2nd capital in Sri Lanka and it was designated as an UNESCO world heritage site in 1982. The ruins of Polonnaruwa still demonstrate uniqueness and ancient archaeology in Sri Lanka. From Polonnaruwa, we’ll drive to Minneriya National park. In Minneriya you can see Elephants much more closer and this journey will brings to lots of knowledge about the Elephants. Turn back to hotel and stay the night in there.

Day 04
Peradeniya & Kandy

Morning climb Sigiriya rock fortress. Sigiriya is one of the must visit place in Sri Lanka. Mostly people are willing to see the rock before sunrise since the rock get heated after sunrise. Once you get down from the rock, we’ll drive to Kandy. On the way to Kandy, we’ll visit Mathele Hindu temple as it demonstrate another culture of Sri Lanka. The most sacred place in Kandy is Buddha Tooth temple, the place where Buddha Tooth is kept. Explore Kandy city and transfer to the hotel in Kandy. 
 

Day 05
Kandy

Morning visit Peradeniya Botanical garden. This botanical garden shows a collection of flowing plants, medicinal plant, palm trees etc. If you are keen to learn about Sri Lankan cuisine, we’ll happy to offer you a such kind of experience as well. Evening witness cultural dance performance. Here you can see some traditional dances that are unique to our country. Turn back to the hotel and stay the night in Kandy.

Day 06
Nuwara Eliya

Leave for N’Eliya which is often reffered as “Little England “. Enroute visit Tea plantations and a Tea factory. Sri Lanka is one of the world’s largest exporters of Tea with a roaring tea industry. In a tea factory, you can see the procedure of tea manufacturing. Waterfalls in N’Eliya are another fascinating natural phenomena. The mesmerizing sight of cascading waterfalls will brings you a wonderful experience. Spend the night in N’Eliya. 

Day 07
Ella

Transfer to Ella by train. This stunning train tour will take you through lush tea plantation, rice fields, endless mountain views & small villages. Once you getting down from the train, we’ll take you to climb mini Adams peak. When you climb the summit, you can see a vast area with a spectacular view. In Ella, you can visit Nine arch bridge and Ella rock. Ella rock is one of the place trekkers would love to explore. The panoramic view covered by mist and the clouds is something you should witness. Spend the nights in Ella.

Day 09
Yala

Leave to Yala. Visit Rawana Waterfall which is connected to Ramayana epic and the Buduruwagala rock carvings. Afternoon safari at Yala national park where you’ll have the opportunity to spot Leopard and the bear depend on your luck ! Once finished the safari, drive to hotel and night in Yala. 

Day 10
Galle & Departure

Leave to down south beaches and experience the charms of Galle and Sri Lanka’s southwest coast. On the way, visit the Turtle hatchery, which started in 1988 to protect Sri Lankan Turtles from extinction. We’ll go and see the famous Stilt fisherman at Weligama and explore the UNESCO listed Galle fort, where 187th century ramparts enclose colonial buildings. We’ll end up the tour at a beach of your choice.
